Karen L. Jett, CMA believes that businesses can have Values that are separately identifiable from those of the individuals who work there. These values will be shared and lived by the people who get the work done.
Karen concentrates on working with small and mid-sized privately held businesses, both for-profit and not-for-profit, because she has spent over two decades working in businesses similar to yours.
Having held various accounting and business leadership roles over the years, Karen brings a unique business perspective to the table. She understands the challenges you face, both operational and financial, on a daily basis.
In conjunction with values based business development, Karen created an exceptional ethics training system. "Questioning Ethics" is an interactive management tool that makes it easier for employees to do the right thing.
Over the years, Karen has excelled in all that she has chosen to do. She graduated from Temple University summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration in accounting. She sat for and passed the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) exam. Not only did she earn a Certificate of Distinguished Performance, but she was also one of only 14% who passed the CMA exam on their first attempt.
